i felt terrible. 2nd time this week. 3rd time in school. i don't want to lose my temper. but i can't control. i am feeling like fuck now. i think lots of trouble is happening to me. i am like embarrassed infront of the whole sec 4s and 5.
i need to calm down before i lost control of myself and hurt people.
i don't know what i will do next.
maybe tomorrow rugby match will help me abit.
