Today's match is great. I enjoy it much. But I did not do any warm up before going on the field. It has been a long time since I ran my lungs out. Now my chest hurt. Oww. Later in the morning still need to go to j8 there to do cip. It is so wasting my time. I gonna get some sleep now.
